Trial questions
What do I get during the 30-day trial?
Everything. The full product, for your whole team, for 30 days. Add your services, invite your clients, run real visits. If it is not a fit, you walk away and owe nothing.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Start the trial with just your name, email, and business name. We will ask for payment details only if you decide to stay after day 30.
What happens when my trial ends?
We will remind you before day 30. Keep going and your plan starts at $59 a month. Decide it is not for you and your account simply closes. Your data is not held hostage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you leave, you can export your client and pet records first.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone on your team who logs in: sitters, walkers, groomers, and office staff. Pet owners with portal accounts do not count, invite as many as you like.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Your plan is a flat monthly price. Standard card processing fees from the payment processor still apply, the same as anywhere else.
